The Unexpected Intricacies

On his way to “detention”, Chris took off for an expedition.. his destination fixed by his Professor for he fore-saw rays of wisdom striking his favourite student.. Destination—Planet CUSAT!!!

Frank now reached the abode of the “unluckily fortunate” students. Frank suddenly noticed his eardrums sensing numbness, he couldn’t hear what they spoke, and neither could they hear him. He checked with his “decibel decipherometer”, sound decipherence of people here was limited to the range 20-20,000 hz. He also felt he was plain invisible here – their power of sight, retina couldn’t identify his presence, but he could see them. Thank god, the “eye-to-thought reading” prowess which made him unique still worked here.

He wandered around unsophisticated planet with no GPS, no proper roads even, classrooms clad just with tables, benches and a blackboard, labs bearing the most susceptible crashes, politics at the height of influencing the aggressive. He wondered how much this planet would help him with his assignment on “Women”, which he had got initially wrong , the reason why he had got this detention.

His intuition signaled his legs to walk onto room no:18, it was suchha happening place, lively to the core, witnessing varied expressions from an egoistic one to humility. They probably had a free hour and the feminine deficient character of the class struck him (8 girls out of 60). His eyes cought an encryption engraved on the 2nd bench- “The three musketeers”, next to it were three girls with absolutely different looks (busy discussing). One was a real beauty, another slender ‘n the third chubby. He turned around and found atleast three guys gazing at this beauty without others notice from time to time. Suddenly, the chubby girl got wild, distracted by one of the inmates of the class, she was virtually shouting at him, arguments got severe, btw one of the guys found way to flirt with the beauty. She was soft, shy, girlish, the type men would easily like. She wouldn’t argue, she spoke to a very few with all the sweetness, serious with academics too. Her mannerisms and temperament attracted Chris too.. he named her “Cutie”.

Disturbing the scene entered a Professor who straight away started his business and the class started its’ too- got busy with d mobiles, whispers all around, passed msgs wriiten in paper, story books beneath the desk, spotting chubby- he found her the most restless, her pranks were endless, she won bets ( one of them- she had breakfast sitting in the very first bench while the class was going ), she would often distract the class with her weird doubts, irritating most people near her, easily the friend of most people. He named her- “Naughtie”. Chris also understood that she was stubborn, tough, strong, attimes abitt oversmart too. She did rag her batchmates pretending as a senior. She wouldn’t break down at any cost, she seemed to be the embodiment of courage.

The slender girl was soft- spoken, perfect in that sense ( she wouldn’t let off a word without significance ), spoke very little, calm with a serene touch, didn’t let her opinions out even though the argument seemed unagreeable to her. She was the soft target of most jokes, bearing the teasings with a smile most of the time without retaliating. Nobody had problems with her and she was never a problem to anyone. Chris coined this character- the diffident, “Softie” .

Chris wondered how these three extreme characters were soo close, they were together al the time, talking, giggling, sorting their problems out, they seemed “ a perfect three”, intimateness – from time immemorial. It was now the fourth day for Chris in this planet.

The next morning, chris realized- he hadn’t used the “eye-to-thought reading” prowess of his’… he shouldn’t have concluded their characters without using this. He decieded – he had to, he had to look into their eyes and understand what they actually thought, and concentrate on how they beahaved to their close ones.

Cutie resorted to tantrums, he could spot egoism in her deeper self, her dynamic nature tasted bitter, she was the most unpredictable, tough to some, insensible to a wide range of emotions attimes. It was time and the situation that decided her temperament, she seemed to be soo strange, complicated , “not Soft” as it had appeared. What an IRONY.

Softie supposedly the diffident could tackle even the toughest, cruel blow in her life with “absolute character”, thought positive most of the time, counseling anyone who approached with problems. She had her ideals set, lived within those perfect boundaries. Only her closed ones knew how strong she really was. Not the diffident, but the “perfect embodiment of Strength”.

Chris was utterly damn confused, deceptiveness disappointed him, wondering what more was in store for him..
Naughtie wept for the most silliest problems ( without anyone’s notice ), stubborn to defend her individuality at all costs ( hailing from an orthodox family, she wanted to break rules ), her emotions were fragile, easily hurt by anybody, once she even thought of ending her life at night, such was her extreme fragile nature, probably she couldn’t bare disappointments, she was “the real diffident one”. The outstanding courage and her eaily sociable character that she portrayed in front of people was one part, one face of her’s, but to her close ones she was still a child with the most fragile nature.

Chris was saturated to his brim now, he wouldn’t take in more “irony”, walked alone trying the solve the puzzling impasse. Dawn to dusk, pleasant moonlight to the energyzing rays of the sun, scorching heat to heavy rains, ignorance to deeper insight, strength to weekness, success to failures… list of ironies in life and in nature were endless, he thought. So whats wrong if there was irony in women. It will be pursued as an irony if one thought so… but with deeper insight, wider horizons of thought it would seem “as natural, impeccable as a child’s innocent smile”….

PS : For people who seem to trace out who these three musketeers were—
Softie isn’t kutts, its traces of “podi’s” character..
d sole fact being tht i had to do justice to d script ( to point out d real irony)
'n some seemed to forget that d post was "fictional".... vrybody in REALITY knows, who d three were... ( EXTRA PS added due to d painful repercussions... hope this relaxes the unnecessary friction )

Ok first of all.. lol i dint know the expansion of what was that.. ya CUSAT(?!) until i googled it and saw the official website of ur colg.. ok maybe i mite be totally, totally wrong but(ok for safety reasons how do i put this in a way so that only u understand and NO ONE else does).. was this blog post someway related to a confession accepting defeat or a justification fighting it?

Its defntly not the first one, 'n the second one which yu pointed out was not the reason for me to blog on this topic, its been something which i have noticed for "long". What is more important is me- is what people have understood after this blog( incase, this post has brought in "some light" against prejudices )!!!

If the conclusion was read in the way i wanted - it would have clearly signalled that women were "as normal" as the other half of the species "Homo sapiens". ( but yes- with varied attributes )

Every sentence I read, went deeper into it and it seemed as if I wasn't reading something but watching the actual play. Ya.... you can call it a play and this room no. 18 was like a stage where in its every members are playing their roles continuously. But this stage is not going to be forever..so everyone has got limited time to leave their rememberance to the non-living spectators.
I know I'm moving away from the message u really mean't to convey. But this was what I thought while going through ur blog. Everytime time I had to scroll up and check the characteristics naughtie, softie and cutie and as the curosity to read the next line made me forget the previous ones.
Every person has different characteristics, they rspond to the same event in a different way. That's the way our environment or our surroundings built us. If everbody were of the same nature and would have reacted in the same way to every event..then we wouldn't have felt the importance of our friends, parents.....

We wouldn't have consulted a friend when we are in trouble because he/she would have the same opinion, thus the problem would have never been solved.

This is how the world moves and life goes on. However technologically advanced the world may become, one word drives the whole universe today i.e TRUST.

For eg..u won't go to a person when u are in need whom u don't trust.

This is a simple one word formula which fits in every equation.
